Address food insecurity firsthand by helping in The Foodbank Drive-Thru! Volunteers will help Foodbank staff unload food from pallets, sort and bag produce, and pass out food to clients. Please arrive between 8:30am and 8:45am for a prompt 9:00am start time for the drive-thru. Park in the main parking lot and come through the glass front door. Please sign in at the front desk. Once all volunteers have arrived, we will have a quick orientation, and assign you to a station in the drive-thru. Volunteers are required to wear closed-toed shoes and masks are optional. Dress for the weather; the drive-thru area is covered but it is open air. Please note, there is no food or drink allowed in our warehouse, including water bottles. Volunteers must be at least 14 years old, and any volunteer under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Provide direct service of goods and produce to our clients and community to supplement the goods distributed by our Partner Agencies. Now through the rest of the calendar year, we anticipate seeing an increase in need for food assistance, which is reflected in the number of families served through our Drive-Thru. We have extended the volunteer time until 12:30pm in response to this increase in need, but it could last until closer to 1:00pm throughout the holidays.

Please wear closed-toed shoes. All Drive-Thru volunteers will also wear safety vests and gloves.
